Registration will be open at 1F Foyer, DEJIMA MESSE NAGASAKI

Please settle the registration fee and receive your name cards.

Program and Abstract Book

One Program and Abstract is sent in advance to JSID Members. Program and Abstract Book is also available at the venue for JPY 2,000 for non-members.
The abstracts with a password will be posted on our website. You can get a password when you finished your registration and payment.

Social Gathering

We do not hold social gathering this year.

How to join 47JSID meeting from online

During the meeting, you can participate in the conference online from your home, lab, etc. by following the steps below. The lecture materials will be distributed on the same day and at the same time as the timetable.

1. Click “Click here for Live streaming” on the website of the 47JSID (https://jsid47.jp/).
2. Enter your ID and password.

And click the session you want from the displayed session which is on line.

• As soon as we are ready, we will post information about the viewing test on this website.
  Be sure to try the viewing test before the session.
  If you have any problems such as not being able to connect or not knowing your password, please contact the secretariat office. We may not be able to answer inquiries during the meeting.

Emergency Contact

Message board will be located near the registration. Please fill out the designated sheets and post them. Please note that the sheets will be removed on the next day.
There will be no paging services.
Please consult the secretariat directly in case of emergencies.

Photography

Photography and recording is not allowed without permission of the secretariat.

Press Registration

Press card will be issued to the journalists only if they received permission from the president of the meeting. Journalists are also asked to settle 8,000 yen as registration fee.

Parking

Only the limited parking lots are available complimentarily for the participants in the meeting. Using a public transport is highly recommended to reach the venue.

Request to the Japanese Presenters

Only the members of the Japanese Society for Investigative Dermatology are able to present their work at the annual meeting. It is requested that non-members join the Japanese Society for Investigative Dermatology by downloading the application form from the JSID website.

Pre-registration for quarantine procedures at the airport

It is strongly recommended that you download and register the "My SOS" application on your smartphone.
By pre-registering for some of the quarantine procedures (filling out the questionnaire and pledge form, and registering the inspection certificate and vaccination certificate (optional)) via the app prior to entering Japan, you will be able to enter Japan smoothly. (Please complete the pre-application on the application at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled arrival your flight.)

Secretariat office will prepare the Visa documents only for the following people.

• Inviter from the 47^th JSID.
• The author or co- author of the accepted abstracts who have completed their registration and payment.
• People who have completed their registration and payment.

Please download the file “Visa Questionnaire_47JSID” and fill in the first and second sheet. (If you come with your accompanying person, please fill in third sheet. But the accompanying person will also need to pay their registration fee for as a commission fee.
And please send it back to the secretariat office jsid47@dermatol.or.jp.
