Oral Presentation
Oral Presentation (Onsite, Online and Pre-recorded)
The time schedule is very tight. Please finish the session on time.
Plenary sessions: (Presentation numbers are displayed as I-1 ~ III-6)
12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
Concurrent oral sessions: (Presentation numbers are displayed as C01-01 ~ C12-07)
9 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
3-minutes presentation and discussion
3 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
- Presenters are required to register to our meeting.
- All accepted abstracts, including plenary and concrrent presentations, are requested to prepare posters.
All presentations should be performed in English.
In principle, if you live in Japan, please make a presentation at the venue (Nagasaki) or online presentation (not pre-recorded).
- Presenters are required to register for participation before submit your oral presentation data. Please check Registration Page.
[Presentation style]
Oral presenters can select online or pre-recorded presentation.
Secretariat office will confirm your presentation style before around one and half month. All presenters are required to pay your registration fee.
- Onsite Presentation
Deliver your presentation as is conventionally done at the venue.
(Presenters need to come to Nagasaki if they choose this presentation style.) - Online presentation
We will prepare Zoom meeting system and please log in there on your presentation date & time. You are requested to present your lecture by using “Share screen” function. After your presentation, chair will start your question and answer session. - Submit pre-recorded data
Please register the lecture video in advance.
(Deadline for oral presentation data: Thursday, November 10 (tentative))
During the meeting, the meeting secretariat office will deliver a lecture video as per the timetable. We are very delighted if oversea speakers in plenary and concurrent sessions could join the session via Zoom for Q&A.

The deadline of Pre-recorded presentation
Pre-recorded presentation submission is now closed.
- Could you prepare it according to attached manual and send it to us via file storage service (ex. we transfer, google drive) by email.
The manual explains how to input your voice into PPT file.
So if you would prefer to prepare movie file, we would accept it also.
- If we do not receive your oral presentation or digital poster data by deadline, your abstract will be automatically withdrawn.

Please prepare your presentation data by PowerPoint file with narration or MP4 movie file.
Regarding submission procedures, please check the following manual.

- When you prepare your lecture data, please keep the allotted presentation time strictly.

If you make your presentation data by Keynote, please check your data(character skew etc.) after changing to MS PowerPoint or save it as M4V.
- Out screen ratio is 16:9.
- Please use standard fonts on OS
- Secretariat office will delete your presentation data responsibly.

Digital Poster
Date Registration (Digital Poster)
Please register your poster data in advance. All of the registered poster data will be freely viewable only for 47JSID participants available from December 2, 8:20 to December 4, 17:00, 2022. (There is no poster discussion time.)
Questions from participants will be sent directly to the email address of the presenter who registered in advance. Please answer as much as possible.
How to prepare your digital poster data
Please prepare your digital poster data by PowerPoint file or PDF file.
Regarding submission procedures, please check the following manual.

- All speakers must disclose any COI (Conflict of Interest) on your poster data.
Please check how to disclose conflicts of interest from here. - Please include poster number, title, author’s name and affiliation.
- Please prepare your presentation data within 20 slides (including title and COI slide) and 100MB or less.
- Please prepare your presentation data MS PowerPoint*1, *2 or PDF

- Even if you use animation, movie, sound, these contents do not play.
- Please refrain from writing in note area of your slide.

How to register your Digital Poster
We will send URL and your log in information to log in to the Digital Poster registration site before registration starts by email.
- Presenters are required to register for participation before you register your digital poster data. Please check Registration Page.

- For those who present Plenary、Concurrent、3 minutes presentation and Late abstract submission are kindly request to prepare there digital poster.
- Please note that we do not accept registrations or corrections after the above registration period.
- It is expected that access will be concentrated near the deadline, so please register as soon as possible.
- If we do not receive your oral presentation and digital poster data by deadline, your abstract will be automatically withdrawn.
